Directions:

1. Pour the coconut cream and lavender into a container, cover, and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

2. The next day, strain the lavender out of the coconut cream and set aside.

3. Cream the vegan butter in a medium bowl using a mixer.

4. Add the confectioner’s sugar (1 cup at a time) and cocoa powder (2 tablespoons at a time) while whisking until smooth.

5. Mix in the flavored coconut cream and vanilla until creamy and smooth.

6. Use the frosting on cakes.
